Step 1
In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.

1 can light coconut milk, chilled
1 ¼ cups fresh or prepared orange juice
2 cup baby spinach
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
6 ice cubes, or as needed
